Groundhog Tick

Groundhog ticks are often linked to wildlife activity around yards, sheds, and under decks. They typically stay near their host animals, but can spread into nearby outdoor areas. If there are groundhogs or similar wildlife nesting close by, tick risk goes up. People may notice ticks on pets that roam near those areas. Reducing wildlife access and applying control helps break the cycle.
